PC’s are primarily Dell laptops (Require enrollment in Dell TechDirect program).\u003cbr/\u003e· Experience supporting MS Windows 10 devices (32bit and 64bit) within MS Active Directory environment. Common applications include: Microsoft Office 365/2016, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint \u003cbr/\u003e· Microsoft SCCM for client software and operating system deployment/USMT. \u003cbr/\u003e· Support for multi-language interfaces (English/Japanese)\u003cbr/\u003e· Experience with Microsoft Bitlocker, LAPS, ADFS, SSO, Azure AD, Windows Defender/Endpoint Protection Manager, Malwarebytes. \u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003e\u003cbr/\u003eMinimum Qualifications: \u003cbr/\u003e· Minimum of 2 – 4 years supporting mid to large enterprise system managed environments, primarily with Microsoft technology \u003cbr/\u003e· Associates degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
