Location:

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, handling various in-court matters.
• Assist in trial and arbitration preparation, including evidence gathering and strategy development.
• Manage complex litigation cases, ensuring timely and efficient progress.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Engage in real estate litigation (if applicable) and provide expertise in related matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in handling commercial and business litigation.
• Experience in discovery processes, depositions, drafting pleadings, and court representation.
• Strong case management and analytical skills.
• Experience in real estate litigation is a plus.
• Excellent oral advocacy, communication, and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar is required.
