Learning and Development Specialist
The candidate will provide New Hire Orientation training firmwide. Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) which includes, Create and delete user accounts (New Hires and Departures). Design and develop e-learning courses and programs. Uploading training resources. Monitor and run reports. Assist in developing the firm’s annual training curriculum for staff. Provide one on one instructional-led training, when needed. Understand end-user needs and deliver excellent service. Assist in the development, review, and implementation training resources on new application programs firmwide. Work closely with the Human Resources team on various assignments. A minimum of 2+ years of learning and development experience in a professional services firm. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in Microsoft Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with Document Management Systems, iManage a plus. Self-starter with the ability to multi-task. Experience in Instructor-led training. Proficiency in use of virtual delivery platforms (i.e., Zoom and MS Teams). Previous law firm experience preferred.
