Position Summary

We are seeking a Lead Analyst for our expanding Test & Learn team. This is a critical role within the Global Consumer Insights team, and is responsible for driving our insights engine forward in the test & learn model. The ideal candidate is passionate about data storytelling, data-driven decision making, and savvy in statistical methods & web analytics.

This means doing research, designing & running experiments, digging into web analytics, and infusing customer insights through experimentation & user research into the product lifecycle. The Test & Learn team is thoughtfully optimizing the customer experience globally across our web and app platforms and championing data-driven decision making. This role will closely support our many cross functional stakeholders such a Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and more.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

You will translate the business opportunities/challenges/hypothesis from Regional and Global product owners and partner with agency support to (1) design & implement tests (2) report on results and (3) package up insights/conclusions.

You will provide oversight, guidance, and sign-off on test plans, test progress reports, and final analysis completed by our agency partners

You will develop and disseminate analytics best practices for A/B testing

You will drive easy to understand, actionable take-aways through advanced data storytelling

You will have a deep understanding of the UA shopper, and deliver ad hoc insights & recommendations to inform strategy sessions, opportunity analysis, or deep dive analysis on customer journey pain points

You will lead weekly reporting & insights meetings to run through monitor, midway, and final reports via Adobe Workspace

You will participate in team bi-weekly meetings & agile ceremonies to identify appropriate metrics and KPIs for final test analysis

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Strong mathematical/statistical knowledge, especially in hypothesis testing

Excellent at communication, presentations, and telling great stories through data - with the ability to convert complex data into easy-to-understand insights and action items

Exceptional attention to detail and maintains high level of data integrity

Analytical thinker and creative problem solver

Adobe Analytics experience (or similar), proficient in Adobe Workspace

Knowledge of Adobe Target (or other A/B testing tool)

Data visualization automation skills a plus

Experience leading direct reports or providing oversight to indirect reports/contractors

Ecommerce experience strongly preferred

Education And / Or Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher

5 years A/B testing and analytics experience
