Associate Attorney needed for Garland office

Garland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be reviewing all lawsuits/pleadings for the firm for legal sufficiency. Will be monitoring Initial Dismissal Hearings. Court and Client Interaction; drafting documents for Bankruptcy proceedings. Attending dismissal hearings (virtual or in person), petitions, and all things related to service of process. Must hold a valid Texas Bar License.
