Assistant Director - Athletic Compliance

The candidate will implement and maintain NCAA and Western Athletic Conference policies and procedures; aids the Assistant Registrar for NCAA eligibility with the determination of initial- transfer and continuing-eligibility; educates and trains student-athletes, coaches, staff members, campus entities, and UVU administration regarding NCAA Compliance; interprets and applies NCAA legislation to fact-specific scenarios; develops and implements programs to enhance the overall student-athlete experience at UVU; coordinates the completion of yearly NCAA reports (e.g., Graduation Success Rate, Academic Progress Rate); and, manages day-to-day compliance office responsibilities.
