Responsibilities: Establish, organize and maintain the firm's proprietary electronic versions of case files including discovery, all notebooks, and indexes. Discovery coordination including preparation for depositions and substantive lead work on document productions including gathering, reviewing, labeling, and organization of extensive ESI document databases using different review software platforms. Set up and coordinated databases and database searching. Drafts correspondence and pleadings, including routine notices, declarations, and motions. Drafts charts, indexes, and memoranda, including timelines. Docket responsibilities for case deadlines. Trial preparation and trial support, including responsibilities for trial software and hardware set up and coordination of travel and war room arrangements; IP enforcement via non-district court proceedings, including arbitration, IPR, and online marketplace. Appellate work including organization of appendices and cite-checking briefs. Conducts factual and legal research.
