Junior Product Liability Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Junior Product Liability Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation experience, possess excellent academic credentials, and preferably have federal clerkship experience.

Duties:

• Assist senior attorneys in managing product liability cases and litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in case strategy development and client communication.
• Review and analyze case documents, evidence, and deposition transcripts.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as necessary.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and precedents in product liability law.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Washington State Bar or eligible for admission.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on product liability cases.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Preferred: Experience as a federal clerk.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Washington State Bar or eligibility for admission.
