Position Summary

The Sr. Operations Analyst will work in our Client Services Operations group as the go-to operations support for several key CS groups. This role will partner with Client Services to manage core reporting, dataset integrity, ad-hoc analytics, app support etc. for our stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be able to manage complex data architecture and have the skillset necessary to troubleshoot & resolve data issues, build/maintain dashboards and effectively communicate with business owners. The function will work collaboratively with Client Services, Finance & Analytics as we aim to streamline our supporting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Triage data and operations issues and communicate effectively with leaders and stakeholders;

Manage complex data workflows, ETL and reporting;

Work with internal groups to up-level operational excellence;

Act as a central point of contact for CS related operations;

Own and manage application administration.

Job Requirements

3-5 years in an operations-focused role, ideally in business intelligence and/or analytics;

Strong analytical skills, and ability to troubleshoot issues;

Ability to build, manage and improve complex ETL processes;

Manage internal and external stakeholders through effective communication;

Proficiency in SQL (Redshift/Javascript/Python a plus);

Basic knowledge of financial processes such as invoicing and margin modeling;

Past experience using a BI platform for managing operations (Domo experience a plus).
