Duties

• Manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation claim process.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively with insurance companies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, responses, settlement agreements, and correspondence.
• Provide guidance and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering responsive and compassionate support.
• Ensure all prepared legal documents are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Supervise non-attorney staff, ensuring adherence to legal standards.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • At least one year of personal injury law experience.
• License:
  • Active Bar license in Missouri.
• Skills:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technology.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Missouri.
