The candidate will focus on client patent work, and be involved in developing and supporting patent staff. Must be a USPTO-registered Associate attorney, with 2+ years of direct work experience as a patent attorney or agent, and with experience in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related technologies. Should have an exceptional client-service focus, have a strong academic record, be detail-oriented, have strong written and verbal skills, and collaborate with other patent professionals. Transcripts and patent prosecution writing samples will be requested. NC or GA Bar required.
