Duties: Develop case organization protocols. Partner with case teams and other colleagues to address client needs. Provide on-site support at trial (including out of state). Conduct cite checks on both federal and state documents including substantive review for content. Conduct calendaring and docket legal analysis including maintaining secondary active and accurate calendars for case teams. Conduct legal research on a broad variety of items including procedural requirements, tracking court decisions, and other related topics. Provide motion and deposition support such as prepare shell documents, deposition notices, subpoenas, and declarations. Also manage transcript databases, exhibits, interviews, and filings. Drafting written discovery and objections. Participating in collection process. Conducting document review. Assisting with document production. Producing privilege logs. Engage in fact development. Facilitate foreign language document translations. Provide key support on appellate filings and managing final document submissions. Actively participate in firm-sponsored training and strive to apply learned principles in ongoing work. Responsibly manage staff teams and their associate work product during trial. Compliance with litigation holds. Compliance with document destruction policies. Protective order compliance. Prepare Bill of Costs for recoverable fees and costs.
