As a Talent Enablement and Growth Senior Technology Leader, you will be driving the strategy and leading the programs and initiatives that help our team grow so that we are better able to serve our members!

Responsibilities

The Talent Enablement and Growth Senior Technology Leadership Professional will drive our onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for all within the software / hardware segment. This individual will be responsible for providing operational support for programs and initiatives - as well as drive new / additional strategy tied to learning, onboarding and reskilling of our associates. Must have an understanding of technical jargon, processes, etc. in order to partner, collaborate effectively (including systems development lifecycle, software testing, etc.). Must have an analytical skillset (asking questions, seeking to understand, etc.) in order to provide support and develop and drive effective programs. Interacts with learning and engineering teams to analyze and provide support to help resolve customers' program related problems/issues. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding approach for program components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

5 or more years of technical experience

Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure

Verbal, Written Communication (including effective presentation skills) (chameleon)

Pelican attitude, don't be a Pelican't!

Process effectiveness, implementation

Analytical skillset (ask questions, seek to understand)

Program oversight, accountability

Continuous Improvements

General understanding of IT Systems and/or terminology -- helpful when working on process improvements

Self-starter (initiative!)

Creative / Outside of the Box Thinking

Influence without direct management

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical field OR equivalent experience

Power BI / Data Analytics experience

Experience creating learning material

PMP Certified

Six Sigma Certified

MBA or other Advanced Degree

Demonstrated ability running large scale projects

Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight

Additional Information

Will report to Associate Director, Site Reliability Engineering, IT HPE - Site Reliability Engineering
