Oversee and manage the firm’s paralegals and client support specialists to ensure that all legal work is completed efficiently, accurately and on-time. Assume responsibility for the firm’s legal productive pipeline – from legal strategy sessions to delivery of work to the client. Devise legal strategies and employ strategic negotiations to provide excellent client outcomes. Approach your service to clients with patience, compassion as well as legal acumen. Work closely with Owner/Managing Partner, Paralegals, and Associates to ensure swift action through the civil litigation process. Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed. Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action. Handle the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings as needed. Prepare legal documents such as legal pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases. Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date.
