Senior Associate, International Tax

The candidate will have the opportunity to work as a team member on diverse client engagements including manufacturing, technology, financial institutions, not-for-profit, government contractors, healthcare, and construction clients. Will be advising clients on outbound and inbound tax planning and structuring for individual, partnership, and corporate clients. Researching and consulting on various international tax matters for individual, partnership, and corporate clients. Prepare or detail review international components of complex tax returns for individual, partnership, and corporate clients. Working with firm member firms around the world. Working with team members in developing and creating proposals. Reviewing quantitative analysis and projects of tax associates. Reviewing US international information reporting forms. Responding to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities. Assisting in staff development and training. Interacting with supervisors, managers, directors and partners, and clients.
