Litigation boutique that represents institutional investors, hedge funds, and private equity firms is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of experience. Firm does plaintiff and defense side work. Securities litigation experience is ideal but not required. Candidate should have exposure and interest to fiduciary law. Shareholder activist or derivative litigation is a plus. Must have strong analytical and writing skills. This is a great opportunity for hands on experience with sophisticated clients.
