We have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Compensation & Benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and communication of the Firm’s compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring that all total rewards programs remain competitive with the marketplace while being consistent and sustainable. The Director of Compensation & Benefits will lead the assessment of our health, compensation and retirement benefits strategy, while providing guidance to Firm management regarding market trends; keeping current with legislative trends, marketplace changes and advances, making recommendations to ensure the Firm remains competitive and compliant, and is able to attract and retain top talent.
Qualified candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related area of study. Seven to ten years’ experience in development, implementation and execution of total rewards programs and compensation strategies is required. Total rewards certifications such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred. The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as a solid knowledge and understanding of all legal, tax, regulatory issues related to compensation and benefits program administration.
