Learned the Athennian software inside and out. Improved the help documentation for Athennian users. Assisted Athennian users daily with product-related questions. Assisted the Sales Team in discussions and product demonstrations with current and potential Athennian users. Assisted the Document Automation team with basic quality control testing on automated documents. Assisted the Delivery Team with onboarding new customers. Become proficient at reporting software bugs. Built positive relationships with coworkers. Analyzed common user problems through analytic tools to provide feedback to our product team for improvements to the software. Developed a deep understanding of the problems Athennian solves for our users and how we differ from competitors. Worked closely with the Data Migration team adapting legacy platform data into Athennian. Performed testing on new features to meet quality assurance testing requirements. Become comfortable leading training sessions and product demonstrations. Become the go-to person in the organization for any product related questions. Have a deep understanding of how current clients use the platform and where they could find more value with the product. Own client accounts and understand where there is an opportunity for product adoption and account expansion. Taken the initiative to implement new ideas that would improve customer success processes to make the office a more pleasant place to work.
