Description
The Senior HR M&A Professional identifies, researches, analyzes, makes recommendations and negotiates potential mergers, acquisitions and divestitures to support the organization's growth objectives. The Senior HR M&A Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior HR M&A Professional makes recommendations regarding the impact of possible mergers, acquisitions and divestitures on the organization's associate experience, culture and profitability. Conducts appropriate due diligence to ensure the reliability of information provided by potential acquisition targets. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years working with mergers and acquisitions
Previous experience with integration and execution with high levels of multitasking
Strong relationship building and working with various levels of leadership
Track and monitor risk
Developing project plans
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Strong written and verbal communication skills to work across the business and partnerships
Ability to identify lessons learned and process improvements in real time to support continuous HR M&A infrastructure
As a WAH associate, you will be required to work from your own home and no other location. A minimum internet speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) internet speed is required.
Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of experience within a Consulting firm
Working knowledge and can speak to CIC's, Change in Control Agreements, as well as Employee Agreements.
