Duties

• Manage sophisticated litigation cases focused on cyber, privacy, and data innovation.
• Oversee all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, client interactions, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with the firm’s eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support teams to develop and execute case strategies.
• Handle mediations, present oral arguments, and pursue case resolutions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft detailed legal documents, and provide strategic legal counsel to clients.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a focus on cyber, data, or privacy law.
• Strong academic background and a proven track record in legal research and writing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Active membership in the State Bar of the desired office location.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of the desired office location.
