Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Analyst I-Solutions Development.
In this role, the successful candidate delivers identity governance solutions across multiple enterprise platforms in an academic medical center setting
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinates and executes IDG projects for the hospital. Assists in creating and maintaining architecture design, training, and documentation. Coordinates with other MCIT teams and business owners to complete projects.
Assists in configuration of roles/access/entitlements, governance and access review certifications in Sailpoint. Utilizes knowledge in (Java, Javascript, web services, SOAP/XML, REST, etc. to develop solutions within Sailpoint
Assists in supporting multi-factor authentication solutions. That includes, monitoring, configuration, development and reporting as needed
Assists in supporting Federated SSO (Single Sign On)
Assists in Federation projects. That includes, monitoring, configuration, development and reporting as needed
Ensures end user satisfaction. Provides upper management with trend reports. Prepares documentation as required. Coordinates response to incidents.
Recognizes necessary improvements and offers suggestions to Manager, Analyzes IDG technologies and functionality and offers suggestions on improvements based on growth and user expectations. Monitors and advises on issues related to the systems and workflow. Provides ongoing application and on-call support as required.

Additional Position Specific Responsibilities:
3 or more years of operational experience with Enterprise level Identity and Access Management, specifically in design, implementation, automation and ongoing support.
Experience as functional analyst to gather detailed requirements for identity governance and role-based provisioning.
3 or more years of experience supporting Federated SSO (Single Sign On) such as Shibboleth, Okta, ADFS, Azure AD, Oracle Access Manager .
3 or more years of experience supporting multi-factor authentication solutions such as Duo.
Understanding of user authorization models, roles/access/entitlements, governance and access review certifications.
5 or more years experience with programming/development with Java, Javascript, SQL, JSP/Servlets.
SQL programming, database tuning experience.
Robust experience with programming languages (Java, Javascript etc.), middleware (web services, SOAP/XML, REST, etc.).
Solid knowledge of LDAP stores and user group management for the purpose of access controls.
Development of use cases/test cases, participation in SIT/UAT testing.
Strong functional and technical documentation skills using tools such as Visio and LucidChart.
BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, Finance, Business, Math, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Typically requires 4 or more years of experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare and/or academic medical center settings.
SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer Certification.
Ability to independently drive discussions and communicate with system owners and business users to define and develop requirements.
Ability to assess functional requirements and recommend the ideal technical development options to integrate applications via connectors, APIs, custom coding.
Knowledge of PeopleSoft (or comparable ERP) system for accounts provisioning, de-provisioning and role/access management.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
