The candidate will be providing strategic counsel on all facets of intellectual property law, including patent procurement, patent enforcement, freedom to operate, and business development transactions. Will provide legal counsel to the Research & Early Development organization. Work closely with clients in various functions in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment and will collaborate with other in-house and outside attorneys to accomplish the firm's objectives.
