Debt Finance Attorney
The candidate should have experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders. Should have working knowledge of syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture backed companies, acquisition financing transactions and convertible or high yield bond offerings. Must have experience in closing transactions and familiarity with drafting documents in connection with financial transactions. Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law are also preferred. Must have a JD or the equivalent and have demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and have a high level of attention to detail. The candidate with 2-4 years of finance experience at a comparable law firm are especially encouraged to apply.
