The candidate will assist with administration of various types of irrevocable trusts. Will assist with and prepare trust accountings as assigned using department-specific software. Assist with intake and compliance procedures for new trusts. Assist with the transfer of hard copy documentation to electronic filing systems, as well as the maintenance of department-specific tracking programs. Bachelor's degree is required. Demonstrated proficiency and experience working with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and excellent computer and internet skills needed. Must possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, extraordinary attention to detail, a strong commitment to efficiency and accuracy, and the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
