Description

Strategically influence all levels of our Executive leadership team (AVP and above)

Work with all members of the HR team as well as key stakeholders within various business areas to align candidate sourcing with targeted positions

Manage the executive search protocols for VP/SVP searches, including expertise in managing retained search with engaged firms

Prescreen candidates by reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

Source candidates for select roles with a focus on identifying talent through various digital media, sourcing channels, and local/national outreach efforts

Deep understanding of executive compensation terms and conditions, able to negotiate the variables around compensation in a publically traded organization

Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and search tools working within the organizations applicant tracking system and CRM

Participate in Talent Acquisition initiatives and manage special projects

Manage relationships with third party search firms on executive engagement

Required Qualifications

*Strong work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, proactive with ability to work within a team

Demonstrated experience leading multiple high level executive searches with successful outcomesAble to communicate and partner directly with senior executive leaders and key stakeholdersExperience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environmentExperience with full life-cycle recruiting as well as sourcing passive candidatesPrevious experience using formalized applicant tracking systemsComfortable with change and the ability to flow to the workExcellent communications skills both written and verbalStrong consultations skills - ability to partner and influence senior leadersExcellent attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's DegreeRecruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industriesExperience managing relationships with third party search firms2 years of executive recruitment experience

Additional Information

As a WAH associate, you will be required to work from your own home and no other location. You must have a room in your home designated as a home office; away from high traffic areas where confidential information may be secured. You must provide your own high speed DSL or a cable modem. Satellite and/or wireless internet connections are NOT permitted. A minimum internet speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) internet speed is required.
