The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience. Should preferably have insurance coverage and complex litigation experience with a firm understanding of coverage issues under professional liability policies. General liability experience is also a plus. In addition, should have experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, discovery and discovery motion practice, preparing for and taking depositions, and courtroom experience. California bar admission (active status) and experience litigating in California state and federal courts is required. Must have excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing ability, maturity and excellent communication skills.
