Assistant General Counsel
The candidate will consult with USIS leaders, sales, and other stakeholders on customer-facing transactions within the standard Equifax business and risk framework. Concisely communicates the identification of issues and solutions to stakeholders and customers. Execute drafting and negotiation of complex customer-facing commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, licenses, non-disclosure agreements, and other supporting documents. Manage competing priorities and to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Consistently demonstrates the ability to exercise sound, practical business judgment while working autonomously. Proactively conceptualizes and articulates pragmatic/creative legal and business solutions to complex legal and business challenges. Work cross-functionally on projects and initiatives to promote continuous improvement of Legal service delivery within EFX. Should have a law degree from ABA accredited law school and membership in good standing of any State Bar; State Bar of Georgia is preferred. Should have 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience working in data, analytics, professional services, technology or financial services industries. Prior experience working in a large firm and/or corporation.
