The candidate’ will assist the team in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, capital restructuring, and similar transactions. Should have 3-8 years of legal experience, with law firm experience strongly preferred. Expertise is required in general corporate work, contract review and drafting, and merger and acquisition transactions. Must possess excellent academic credentials; the ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; and outstanding customer/client service skills. Admission to the Michigan bar is preferred, but not required.
