Technology Transactions Attorney
The candidate should preferably have 2-5 years of experience counseling, drafting and negotiating technology and other commercial transactions. Substantive experience with a broad range of technology licensing agreements preferred, including arrangements involving software, content licensing and distribution, cloud services agreements, and technology development agreements. Will play a substantial role in strategic transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, asset divestitures and joint ventures. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. Bar membership in good standing is required. California Bar admission is a plus.
