The candidate should have 2+ years of experience. The proper candidate looking to excel in this role must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook. Must have good written and communication skills and must be proficient in calendaring depositions, mediation, hearings, court deadlines. This position prepares and files complaints, pleadings, and discovery. Must be able to maintain attorney calendar, scheduling, and diary management. Must possess very strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be highly detail oriented, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment and manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision. Drafting and proofreading correspondence and pleadings is required.
