The candidate must be licensed to practice in or eligible for admission without examination to Nebraska. Should have extensive railroad experience. Employment, Federal Railroad Safety Act (“FRSA”), and FELA litigation experience is a plus. Railroad transactional experience is also a plus. Must possess excellent academic credentials and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
