Lien Specialist
The candidate will review and research outstanding liens to determine appropriateness of liens and liability per Official Medical Fee Schedule. Communicate with medical providers, attorneys, and all other outstanding lien holders via phone, fax, and e-mail. Negotiate lien resolution within parameters set by the firm on behalf of clients. Communicate and update clients with case status regarding outstanding liens. Bill and dictate letters to clients and lien claimants. Must have 1-3 years experience working in medical billing and/or collections.
