The candidate should have training and experience in, Family Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Civil Litigation and be familiar with TX DOCS or another document assembly program. Should possess knowledge of Bexar County Local Rules and procedures and electronic filing. Will consider recent UTSA Paralegal Program Graduates. Duties will include: answering the phone, responding to client inquiries via phone and/or email, responding to inquiries from potential new clients, setting appointments, drafting and filing pleadings and estate documents, probate filings. Applicants will also respond to requests for discovery and take payments. Applicants should also have experience putting together trial notebooks. Additionally, scheduling and coordinating mediations.
