Criminal Investigator, GS 09-13

Duties: The candidate will conduct large-scale felony criminal investigations of fraudulent activities involving the complicated Army major procurement process and logistics system. Analyze cost accounting and test procedures used by civilian contractors in researching, developing, testing, manufacturing, and installing of major weapons systems and equipment worldwide for the United States Army. Meet with senior contractor management and legal representatives to obtain information on management actions with cost implications. Consolidate and evaluates incoming criminal information and intelligence data, identifying necessary investigative and intelligence follow-up actions to be initiated. Administer oaths and arrests criminal suspects. Interview staff and executive personnel that may be directly or indirectly involved in the alleged criminal activity. Perform other duties as assigned.
