Join us.\u00A0NBBJ\u202Fis looking for a\u202FCorporate Interiors Project Manager\u202Fto join our studio to\u202Fwork\u202Fon projects varying from Interior Design work to full corporate campuses involving client contact and leadership responsibilities. In this role, you will manage the design team and projects involving construction of the interiors of new buildings and the alteration of existing buildings and facilities.\u00A0Your New Role:\u00A0Lead the client and gain their confidence\u00A0Lead user group meetings, contract negotiations, and facilitate the design process from programming and planning through CA\u00A0Work with the project designer to satisfy client\u2019s requirements and goals\u00A0Manage team complexity \u2013 plans, organizes and supervises the work of a design staff of 3 to 10 individuals\u00A0Responsible for accuracy and applicability of documents for entire project(s)\u00A0Build and maintain day-to-day working relationships with client(s) and consultants\u00A0Lead the decision making process with fiscal accountability and responsibility\u00A0Develop and execute a management workplan for the overall project(s)\u00A0Assist with proposal preparation and participates in client presentations/interviews\u00A0Responsible for all correspondence, reports, documentation and general administration for the overall project(s)\u00A0Responsible for execution of project within the boundaries of the design intent\u00A0Apply sound and diversified knowledge of architectural principals for all aspects of the project(s)\u00A0Make independent decisions on architectural problems and methods\u00A0Solve problems creatively with consultants\u00A0Negotiate and draft/write contracts\u00A0Assist with business development and collaborate with other studios, as needed\u00A0What you will need to Succeed:\u00A0Minimum 15 years of experience in interiors or architectural field with the last five years focused on large and complex workplace interiors in New York City\u00A0Bachelor's or master's degree\u00A0Licensure a plus; LEED accredited a plus\u00A0Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Office Suite\u00A0Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment\u00A0Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail\u00A0Ability to work with integrity, trust and commitment; setting an example for others\u00A0Ability to travel\u202Fif the project(s) requires\u00A0\u00A0
