provide world-class customer service, solutions and support to paralegals and attorneys in emerging company practices at top global law firms. Identify potential issues and work with team members and other internal stakeholders to find solutions. Track and manage open issues identified by customers or monitoring tools, escalating as appropriate to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Test fixes to issues, and stay involved in any additional follow ups, testing and troubleshooting. Appropriate referral for billable services. Populate intranet systems with relevant support content.
