Duties : Conduct investigations pertaining to discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct (Title IX) and retaliation complaints pursuant to state and federal laws and all other applicable **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. policies. In addition, design and deliver antidiscrimination programming and interpret University policies and local, state and federal rules pertaining to EO issues. Investigates and resolves complaints of unlawful discrimination which includes interviewing witnesses, analyzing evidence, making determinations, producing reports and, in conjunction with the appropriate administrators, formulate courses of action to address those matters. Interprets University policies and procedures, and local, state and federal rules and regulations related to EO issues. Designs and delivers antidiscrimination programming for the University, including delivering ongoing training designed to promote awareness and prevent discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct, including domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking. May schedule, plan, coordinate and organize special events for AEEO. May prepare, edit and produce publications and reports for the office. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
