The candidate should have an advanced degree, preferably a PhD, in a life sciences discipline. Must have 4+ years of experience in client counseling and patent prosecution in areas such as: biologic therapies (e.g., antibodies, gene therapies, siRNAs, therapeutic peptides, vaccines), cellular therapies, diagnostics, pharmacology, oncology, immunology, bioengineering, biochemistry, and neurobiology. Should be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in the state in which they will practice. Must also have a USPTO registration number.
