Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Data Analyst

The candidate works closely with the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer to maintain and analyze the Diversity efforts. Takes ownership of the analysis process of any diversity-related information for internal purposes. Converts data into insights that support the delivery and measure or DEI strategy and outcomes. Engages with the Diversity team to assist in their diversity initiatives, including presentations, providing current diversity information (as appropriate), and participating in diversity events. Provides assistance, as needed, with various external Diversity surveys to ensure correct data is provided by Eversheds Sutherland. Works closely with the DEI Coordinator in support of statistics used for internal presentations and reports. Assists in developing presentations to senior management and the Diversity Committee, including appropriate diversity statistics, as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of an Associate’s degree and related experience is required. Should have 5-7 years of experience working in a similarly sized, multi-office legal or professional services organization.
