\u003cp\u003eBaker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell \u0026amp; Berkowitz seeks a staff attorney with five or more years of litigation experience to join its Business Litigation department. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and experience in investigations, written discovery, lay and expert depositions, and developing strategy for cases are sought to assume responsibility in an active litigation practice. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must have experience in handling insurance defense, personal injury, and commercial litigation. Transportation litigation experience is a plus. The attorney will work closely with senior litigators who will provide active mentoring and client contact.
