Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic fitness professional, committed to making a positive impact on people's lives?

We are seeking passionate, hard-working individuals who are qualified in Fitness Instructing, Lifeguarding, and Pool Plant Operations, to join our team and inspire our members to lead active and healthy lifestyles. You will need to have a nationally recognised Level 2 Fitness Qualification, ideally Level 3 Personal Trainer, as well as a national Pool Lifeguard Qualification, and a Pool Plant Operators Certificate.

As a Fitness Activator, you will lead a variety of group fitness classes, provide personalised training sessions, motivate participants to achieve their fitness objectives, provide swimming pool supervision, and work within a plant room. You will work closely with our members, offering guidance, support, and expertise to help them reach their full potential whilst maintaining a safe environment.

We are looking for people with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the business needs. You will primarily be based at Lawress Hall, which is set in the picturesque grounds of our 220-hectare Riseholme Campus, just north of the city centre.
