Instructional Designer

The candidate will develop new courses and assist in redesigning and adding current courses. Create engaging, interactive and effective training material to be delivered in different modalities such as, but not limited to, facilitator led, e-learning, activity based etc. that provide practical learning application and enhance retention. Collaborate with subject matter experts, assess the effectiveness and relevancy of content, identify gaps, and create solutions. Create high quality multimedia, graphics, and interactive course solutions - integrating supporting material and media (audio, video, resources, etc.). Follow established e-learning design standards and branding guidelines, providing innovative ideas to enhance the design approach. Upload and test courses in the LMS (Learning Management System). Maintain well-organized project documentation and folders with all course assets. Work with project stakeholders internally and externally. Should have 2-5 years of experience designing and developing e-learning experiences. S. in Instructional Design, Educational Technology is preferred. Proven successful work experience in e-learning instructional design and development technology (Articulate preferred) is required. Experience using animation and/or video software (ex. VYond and Camtasia) is a plus. Strong visual/graphic design skills with experience in applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required.
