The candidate will be working in the areas of Property Litigation, Subrogation, and Antitrust legal matters. Should be familiar with all phases of discovery. Prepare dispositive motions. Conduct examinations and depositions under oath. Conduct extensive document reviews in sophisticated commercial litigation. Investigate and litigate arson and another fraudulent insurance claim. Should have admission to the New York State Bar; 1-5 years experience; Well-organized; have an interest in insurance law; excellent legal research skills; strong writing and communication skills.
