CUSTOMER SUPPORT / OFFICE CLERK

The responsibilities of this role include performing customer support activities, as well as conducting a variety of office and clerical support tasks.The customer support responsibilities involve interfacing with customers through phone and e-mail correspondence to provide support for our products and services, process orders, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The office support activities involve assisting with department logistics, fleet vehicle scheduling, and front desk receptionist responsibilities including greeting and providing information to office visitors.

Qualified Candidates will have:

2 years of experience performing customer service in a professional office environment

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Ability to effectively greet and provide information to office visitors

Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate

Expertise on MS Suites including Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point

Positive and professional attitude

Support special projects as needed
