Legal Personnel Assistant

Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Managers and Director on various Corporate Department and practice group initiatives. Serve as point of contact for attorney vacation requests and upkeep of data. Manage the Corporate Department calendar, and serve as a point of contact with Conference Reservations, Flik, and IS on various services required. Work with the Events team to plan practice group events. Assist with all aspects of the evaluation process, including assembling review packets. Generate and distribute various reports. Schedule and prepare materials for meetings. Review and approve attorney expenses in Chrome River for appreciative dinners and morale activities. Assist the Legal Personnel Department with various other administrative duties.
