The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field or J.D., LL.M. in Taxation. A Master's in Taxation (MST) from an Accredited College/University. CPA with 5 to 8+ years of experience in investment partnership tax, including preparation of allocation schedules, Schedules K-1, Forms 1065, and related other related schedules. Working knowledge of alternative investment vehicles and structures, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and mutual funds. Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff. Strong relationship management and practice development skills.
