The candidate will be responsible for being the face at the door, and the friendly voice who answers the phone. Manage multi-line phone system. Open new client files. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and provide updates on claim / case status. Update insurance companies and subrogation companies on status of claim / case. Request medical records and bills and follow up on requests. Use case management software to update client files. The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. High level of professionalism / confidentiality. Computer experience including knowledge of Outlook / Excel / Word. Ability to work independently / self-starter. Ability to multi-task. Excellent communication skills. Punctual and reliable.
