World Class Representation for SMBs
“World class” legal representation is generally associated with big firms. As we all know, it depends on the individual attorney. SMBs cannot afford the $700-900+ per hour price tag (most of which is for overhead, staff, and partner profits).
We provide world class advice and representation to SMBs at a price they can afford – and without the big firm overhead, politics and pressure.
We do so through a team of highly motivated, passionate, and independent lawyers who fight for small/medium business. Our lawyers must be experienced and know what they are doing. They do not want to be an employee, but want to collaborate with us to provide world class employment and labor legal advice and representation, make money and reap the rewards of a flexible lifestyle.
Our business model is specifically designed to deliver world class solutions to SMBs while being fun and profitable for the attorneys we work with.

Our target market (SMBs with 25-300 employees/workers) far outstrips the supply of qualified lawyers. This bodes well for qualified lawyers who wish to join our network and adhere to our Core Values.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are always looking to collaborate with world class attorneys in one of two ways:
Experience – 10,000 hours/5 years full time employment and labor law experience representing employers. Substantial client relations/management experience required.
Exceptional work/educational background – typically significant “big firm” experience, though anyone who feels they have exceptional background or experience will be considered, and for litigators, substantial experience in and responsibility for all facets/stages of litigation and trial.
Client responsibility – substantial experience in handling client relations with positive results. Ability to communicate/interact with/manage small/medium business owners is a must (we’re not dealing with in house counsel or HR Directors for Fortune 500 companies; we’re dealing with individual owners most of the time). This model works only for those attorneys with great people skills who have managed client relationships. We are not looking for “worker bees.” We are looking for attorneys who successfully manage themselves and others (in this case the client decision makers).
Employment and Labor law subject matter expertise – either employment and labor law has been/is your focus or you have enough experience with it that you know all material aspects of the law (state and federal), including:
