Ambulatory Data and Reporting Coordinator
The candidate will be responsible for the managing, monitoring and administration of all ambulatory clinical data reporting, both governmental and commercial across OSF. This person will be responsible for comprehensive and accurate regulatory reporting across the Ministry including (but not limited to): ACO, PQRS, MIPS, Meaningful Use and all Commercial payers. Acts as a subject matter expert for all issues related to the content of these reporting programs, measure specifications and reporting requirements and works closely with IT, finance and compliance to ensure appropriate build, training, education and deployment. Will engage with leadership and caregivers across the Ministry to educate and update reporting related issues data as well as performs data analysis to identify opportunities to improve the quality and safety of patient care. Must possess excellent communication and change management skills and demonstrate a philosophy of continuous quality improvement and commitment to clinical excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Systems Administration, Quality Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Law or related field is required. Must have 1+ years’ healthcare experience. Should have 2+ years’ project management experience leading progressively complex projects. Juris Doctorate is preferred. Prior experience working with Epic, clinical data collection tools, and components of the Microsoft office suite including Excel and PowerPoint is preferred. Prior experience working with regulatory, payer, quality reporting and registry databases is preferred.
