Accounts Payable Assistant
The candidate will be posting, processing, reviewing and filing invoices, assisting in matching checks with invoices, assisting with accounting inquiries, assisting with vendor statements, and backing up the Accounts Payable Coordinator. Knowledge and experience with general accounting principles and/or bookkeeping is required along with the ability to accurately use a calculator. Previous 3E Elite, Chrome River, and law firm experience preferred.
